Four incredible individuals, Richard Gray, Jean-Michel Jacquinot, John Whitehead, and Giles Willits – all from the Harpenden area – are completing a charity bike ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats, cycling 1000 miles over 14 days to raise money for the St Albans and District Foodbank.
Their journey started on Friday 20th July and are currently in Scotland, getting closer to John O’Groats – let’s hope they will be able to avoid torrential weather on the last leg of their journey.
We cannot say how much this means to us and to the people who rely on food banks. Everything we do is only possible because of the extraordinary people who dedicate their time and energy to support our work.
