We are currently looking for two wellbeing and engagement coordinators who will work with partner agencies, looking at clients with referral needs, and with DC volunteers to help them understand welfare role, how to identify clients with referral needs and what steps to take to help them engage with our welfare support.

Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills, proficient IT skills, and know how to build effective relationships with people at all levels and from different backgrounds. In addition, they must have experience of working in a social welfare / social care context; support people with their mental health; and working with volunteers and small community groups. They also need to have experience of volunteer management and engagement, data collection, and producing management reports and updates requested by line managers.

The role involves flexible working, but we expect the coordinators to be actively present throughout our distribution centres based in and around the St Albans Area.
